Job Description

Responsibilities

• *Handle and process fresh fish and seafood products according to company procedures.
• *Clean, trim, cut, and prepare different types of fish and seafood for processing.
• *Carry out smoking and salting processes to preserve and prepare fish products.
• *Assist with frying fish and seafood products while following established preparation procedures.
• *Pack processed fish and seafood products into boxes and barrels for storage, transportation, or distribution.
• *Inspect seafood products to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with production standards.
• *Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the processing activities.
• *Operate processing tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• *Arrange and store finished products appropriately to maintain product quality.
• *Keep processing areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• *Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
• *Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• *Ability to perform physical tasks in a fish-processing environment.
• *Willingness to handle fresh fish and seafood products.
• *Good attention to detail when cutting, preparing, and packaging seafood.
• *Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• *Willingness to work 8–10 hours per day, 5.5 days per week.
• *Flexibility to work early morning or night shifts.

• *Hourly Salary: NOK 181.00 per hour, monthly earnings approximately $2,450–$3,150 USD.
